Using the Library: Returning Items

A few basics to help new and existing Library users at Bradford College.
How do I return items?
Returning items to the library
The best way to return books is to to use the self-service machines
These can be found in the David Hockney building and Trinity Green campus libraries.
We would prefer you to return the books to the Library you borrowed them from, but you can return them to either Library.
Additional details on returning items can be found here
Returning items at the David Hockney building
You can return items using a book return box located in the atrium of the David Hockney building, near the reception area.
If you return an item using the book return box it wil not be taken off your record immediately.
You will receive an email to your College account when items have been removed.
Returning items if you are unable to get into College
If for any reason you are unable to get to College and have items which need to be returned you can post them, or use a courier service.
A proof of postage will NOT indicate that we have received any items
We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
This will provide you with a level of insurance as you will be liable for any items which we do not receive.
