Where can I study?
We have a number of areas for quiet study.
At the David Hockney building we have bookable study rooms
You can book these study rooms at the Library Information desk, or by calling 01274 088257
You also can book these up to one week in advance.
Room 2F-29 is our silent study room.
Can I access online material?
As a Bradford College student you have access to a wide range of electronic resources
These are available to help you find information relating to your studies, from the full text of journals to online books and reports.
Most of our electronic resources are available off campus.
You only require your college username and password to access them.

How do I use the library?
Your College ID is also your Library card.
To use the Library all you need to do is visit the second floor of the David Hockney building, or the Success Centre at Trinity Green.
You may be asked for your library number or username, this is the number on your College ID.

Library Information Desk are located at both the David Hockney building and Trinity Green campus.
At David Hockney it is staffed from 9.00am until 7.00pm Monday to Thursday and until 5.00pm Friday.
At Trinity Green it is staffed from 9.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

You can find more about Library support for your subject area by viewing our Library Subject Guides
These include information on key books and ebooks, journals and databases for your subject, plus links to study skills resources.
You can also find reading lists or recommended reading on these pages.
Help with Study Skills
As well as providing course specific materials, we have a large collection of study skills books and resources.
You can find these in the Study Skills Collection which is near the study area on the second floor of the David Hockney building.
