We welcome feedback through various satisfaction surveys that you may be asked to fill in. We take the results very seriously and find the comments particularly useful. These include:
The NSS survey:
This is for Higher Education students. Question 19 refers to the library and reads: "The library resources (e.g. books, online services and learning spaces) have supported my learning well." Participants have to give the library a mark out of 5, with, 5 being the highest mark.
Student Experience Survey:
This is an internal survey run by the college that asks questions after your induction (usually in October), and after your course (usually around April). This is for students to feed back on all aspects of their course including Library resources.
Library survey:
The library runs surveys most years, both using printed and online forms.
