Westlaw Topics is the best place to start. Click on Personal Injury to find articles on all aspects of PI including different types of injury and claims, with key cases, legislation and commentary.
Quantum Reports & Cases
Personal Injury Quantum reports are now available on LexisLibrary. For Lexis, log in and click on the Cases. You will see a link to the Personal Injuries Quantum database in the list on the right, just called Quantum. From here you can search by Type of Injury or Type of Claim (click on the drop down list and select the best match), and also narrow by gender and age. You can also search by keyword - use this to put any additional relevant details.
Journals and Newspapers
The Journal of Personal Injury Law is available on Westlaw and is quite practitioner focused, offering practical guidance on cases, statutes and regulations relating to personal injury. You can also access the Journal of Personal Injury Litigation.
