Its that time of year and we are getting ever closer to the end of the autumn term and the first holiday of the year. To allow you to enjoy yourself and not worry about bringing books back the Library is extending your loans over the holidays
From Friday, 5th December, when you borrow one of our two-week loans it will be due back on the 9th January, so you will have plenty of time to use them.
If you already have books on loan, all renewals will also be till the 9th January. That is as long as no one else has requested them or they have not reached the end of their renewals, if that happens we will email you asking you to bring them back.
Please can you do this before the end of term.
If you borrow one of the books from one of the Reading Zones, such as a novel or a graphic novel or something from the Teaching Collection these will all issue for ten weeks, so you can keep them to February.
These could be just the thing to keep you entertained over the long winter nights and you can always use them to Get Reading.
