We have nearly got to the holidays and the Library has a solution if you are worrying about your Library books having to come back during them.
From this Friday, 1st December, if you borrow one of our two-week loans it will be due back on the 5th January, so you will have plenty of time to finish using them.
If you already have books on loan, from that day all renewals will be until the 5th January as well. As long as no one else has requested them or they have not reached the end of their 25 renewals, if that is the case we will email you asking you to bring them back.
If you want to borrow one of the books from the Teaching Collection or the Reading Zone, such as a novel, an entry reader or a graphic novel these are now issuing to the 22nd March.
These could be just the thing to keep you entertained over the long winter nights and you can always use them to enter the Big Read.
