Borrowing over the Christmas Holidays

by Haydn Clark on 2024-12-05T19:26:00+00:00 in Library Information, Library News | 0 Comments
The holidays are nearly here and to make sure you don't have to worry about your Library books when you are not at College, the Library is extending its loans over the holiday.

From Friday, 5th December, when you borrow one of our two-week loans it will be due back on the 10th January, so you will have plenty of time to use them.

If you already have books on loan,  all renewals will also be till the 10th January. That is as long as no one else has requested them or they have not reached the end of their renewals,  if that ihappens we will email you asking you to bring them back. Please can you do this before the end of term

If you  borrow one of the books from the Teaching Collection or one of the Reading Zones, such as a novel, an entry reader or a graphic novel these will all issue for ten weeks, so you can keep them to February.

These could be just the thing to keep you entertained over the long winter nights and you can always use them to enter the Big Read.
