Making an Espresso

The base for virtually all drinks.

Grinding Coffee beans

Tamper and Blessing portafilter

Attaching portafilter to grouphead

Make sure it is securely in place

Positioning Cup by lining it up with portafilter

The cup should be directly below

Pull your shot, which should take 20-25 seconds

Making an Americano

Make an Espresso and then finish with hot water.

Making a Flat White

Make an Espresso and then finish with hot milk.

Grind Coffee beans

Fill jug with cold milk

Place jug under milk steamer

Steam milk until it reaches temperature

Tap out any air bubbles to leave silky milk

Wipe down and clean nozzel and thermometer

Carefully pour the milk into the Expresso

Making a Latte

Make an Espresso and then finish with steamed and thin foamed milk..

Grind Coffee beans

Fill jug with cold milk

Place jug under milk steamer

start to steam milk

draw out jug to start creating milk foam

Wipe down and clean nozzel and thermometer

Carefully pour the milk into the Expresso

Making a Cappuccino

Make an Espresso and then finish with steamed and thick foamed milk.

Grind Coffee beans

Fill jug with cold milk and add thermometer

Place jug under milk steamer

start to steam milk

draw out jug to start creating milk foam

Carefully pour the milk into the Expresso

Making a Hot Chocolate

Make an Espresso and then finish with hot milk.

Add required amount of chocolate powder to cup and stir in a splash of hot water

Fill jug with cold milk and place in a thermometer

Place nozzel in jug and start to steam the milk

Draw nozzel to top of milk, stretching the milk to create foam

Carefully stir while pouring milk into the chocolate mixture

Making a Mocha

Make an Espresso, mix in 1/2 strength Hot Chocolate.

Grinding Coffee beans, tamper and bless the portafilter

Pull your shot, which should take 20-25 seconds

Stir the required amount of chocolate powder into the Espresso

Fill jug with cold milk and place nozzel in jug ready to steam

Draw nozzel to top of milk to stretch milk to create foam

Carefully stir while pouring milk into the Espresso and Chocolate mixture
