Politics (FE): Requesting Books

If all the copies of an item you are after are unavailable then you can reserve the item using the library's Request and Collect service.
Once you receive an email telling you the requested item is ready to pick up, you will need to come the Library Information Desk to collect the item.
If you are not coming onto campus to study, or if you are shielding, you can continue with postal loans.

Requesting books from the library takes just a few clicks.
Once you have searched using the Library Catalogue you will get a list of results.
If you find there are no copies available to borrow then you can Request a copy.
Once you have pressed Request a copy you will be asked to log in to your Library account.
Your College number is the one that appears on your College ID.
Your PIN is the year you were born..
Details of the requested item will be displayed.
Use Confirm request to complete the reservation.
You will now see the reservations section of your library account.
We will notify you using your College email address when items are available for you to pick up.
