Dr Who has been on the BBC for almost 60 years and during those years we had many Doctor Who actors from around the world including America, Europe and Australia.
I have been watching Dr Who ever since I was about 9 years old, and I have never miss one episode of Doctor Who and my favourite doctor is David Tennent and my favourite monster from Doctor Who is a Dalek they are always been the number 1 monster in the top 50.
The many fantastic things on Doctor Who is that they show the most historic people from all history such like Winston Churchill, Charles Dickens, Queen Victoria, Rosa Parks, robin hood and Vincent van Gogh.
The monsters on the show are Darks, Cybermen, Sontarans, weeping angels and the Master.
The doctor does have companions and after a while they leave or die on the show, but the best companions are Rose Tyler, K9, Amy Pond, Yasmin Khan, Sarah Jane Smith, Roy Williams and river song.
The doctor is a good person, the oncoming storm, and he gives his enemies one chance and if they refuse then it will be the end of them, because don’t make the doctor as your enemy because he will come after you.
The doctor is a Time Lord and can regenerate when his body can heal but the face will change in the process and there is a side effect afterwards such as loss of memory, going into a coma and weird behaviour.
The Library has many Doctor Who books for you to read and find out more about all these characters. Search on the Library Catalogue, or just come and ask at the Library helpdesk!
